International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

Customs declarations will accurately reflect the value of your purchase. We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue merchandise to circumvent customs fees.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be accommodated if the order hasn't been processed yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer complimentary minimalist gift wrapping for all orders. You can add a personalized message at checkout, and we'll include a handwritten note with your gift.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a replacement/refund.

Can I return a gift?

Yes, gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanges. You'll need the order number from the gift receipt. The store credit will be issued to you, not the original purchaser.

How can I track my return?

If you use our return label, you'll receive tracking information by email. If you use your own shipping method, we recommend using a service with tracking and saving your tracking number until the return is processed.
